An fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Estimator to join a market leading Residential Developer in Beaconsfield.

The Estimator Role

The successful Estimator will ideally come from a quantity surveying background, will work on up to 3 live projects at a time and will be the main estimator for the company

The role does not require the management of other estimators or quantity surveyors. The company have won numerous projects over the last few weeks and as such are looking or a hardworking Estimator to take projects from start to finish and help with the workload.

The role is office based but will require the occasional site visit. The projects are all located within an hour from the head office in Beaconsfield.

The Estimator

The successful Estimator will have:

Experience working with a developer
Experience working on residential new build projects from start to finish
A background in Quantity Surveying is ideal
A relevant degree qualificationIn Return?

The company are open to discussing requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

£55k – £65k
