I am currently on the look out for a Customer Care Inspector based in Beaconsfield

As a Customer Service Inspector, you will be responsible for providing an inspection service between the Construction and Sales departments.

Ensuring a consistent high-quality product is achieved, you will continually improve the Customer Service experience in pursuit of the HBF 5 Star rating.

You will also be responsible for resolving issues that may arise relating to defects in a customer's new home, including the planning and organisation of contractors.

Reporting to our Head of Customer Service, you will also:

– Conduct final quality inspections of properties before they are handed over to the customer
– Put into place any remedial action required prior to handover
– Instruct and monitor the progress of remedial works
