A leading property developer based in Buckinghamshire with sites across the south of England and the Home Counties are searching for a Customer Care Manager

The Role

The Customer Care Manager will join the expanding client liaison team and will be expected to travel to site 50% of the time and work in the office 50% of the time. Site visits include Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire, and Sussex.

The Customer Care Manager duties will include:

Preparing and Issuing Snag sheets to the construction department using site works programme
Note number of Snags and update report for the Chairman
Responsible for checking all customer tile/colour choices and any other customer extras are correct and implemented
Arrange cleaning of properties
Compile Handover Boxes
Arrange to meet customer at property to carry out handover/demonstrate
Take Gas/Electric and Water metre Readings
Liaise with sub-contractors to complete any outstanding work
Liaise with customers for 6 weeks post completion in relation to snagging/defect appointments
Regularly update customers on progress of property from Exchange of contracts to 6 weeks post completionThe Company

The Customer Care Manager will join a well-established organisation who are specialist house builders focussing on a wide range of developments from 2 – 300 homes ranging from high end to social housing including mixed use developments working alongside some of the top UK supermarket chains.
