Carpenter 1st and 2nd fix

Due to continued expansion we are currently looking for experienced Carpenter with experience in 1st and 2nd fix and property Maintenance to work in Residential, commercial and educational sectors. Good rates of pay for the right candidates and continued run of work.

This role will involve travelling to each of our projects which are predominately in and around the local area but can sometimes be further afield.

About you:

* Will have previous experience in 1st and 2nd fix and property Maintenance

* A good standard of onsite Health & Safety

* Can understand and read working drawings/plans

* A team player who will be happy to work as a team.

* Someone one who takes pride in their work to complete installations to a high standard

* Reliability and tidiness is essential

* Good organisation and communication skills

* A ‘can-do’ attitude.

* Able to listen and take instructions.

* Carpentry And Joinery: 5 years (Preferred

* Will have transport and own tools
About the role:
· Full-time Monday to Friday (some Saturdays may be available)
· Salary: competitive & negotiable based on experience
· A full driving licence is required.
· We are looking for an immediate/near Future start.
· Ensuring sites are left tidy.
· Carrying out aftercare visits when required.
· Carrying out any other duties as reasonably instructed by the Project Manager or Site Manager.
· Supervision and training will be provided.
