About the Role:

Our client is looking to bring on an experienced Buyer from a new build residential background to work in the procurement function. Working independently and reporting back into the Commercial Director you will be expected to procure for all aspects of new build RC frame residential schemes and traditional housing. This is an ideal opportunity to get involved in a well-established business that is currently implementing a strong growth plan over the coming years to increase output. If you have been in a larger PLC previously and want to get into a business where you will have more influence on the business and interaction with the owners, this is the ideal opportunity for you.

Candidate Requirements:

·Ideally at least 4+ years of Buying experience within the House Building trade

·Must have worked for a Developer or Main Contractor with residential works

·Knowledge of current pricing levels.

·Sound knowledge of construction techniques, Building Standards and environmental standards.
