We are recruiting for a Temporary Reception/Administration Assistant for a Medical Centre based in Beaconsfield for approx 6 weeks (possibly longer) Duties will include:
• Answering inbound calls
• Booking Appointments
• Managing and distributing incoming mail
• Photocopying/scanning documents
• Ad Hoc Office duties
Monday to Wednesday: 1.30pm – 6.30pm
Thursday 1.30pm – 8.00pm
Special Requirements:
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office
• Excellent Telephone Manner
• Good attention to detail
• Previous Administration Experience.
• Ability to multitask
• Good sense of humour
