Psychological Therapies and Advocacy Administrator
Are you looking for a part time role? We are currently recruiting for a Therapies/Advocacy administrator to ensure people receive the therapy/advocacy they require.

Position: Psychological Therapies and Advocacy Administrator
Salary: £15,158 per annum
Location: Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire
Hours: Part time, 27.5 hours per week
Benefits: 25 days holiday, Sick pay, Pension, Eye Care vouchers

About the role:
As Psychological Therapies and Advocacy Administrator you will undertake a range of duties which may include setting up initial assessments and future appointments, applying for funding, handling a variety of telephone calls/emails/text messages in which you may be the first point of contact for clients when in need and ensuring the information collected meets data set standards of accuracy. You will be liaising with Health Care Professionals, commissioning bodies, social services and the general public.
Working in a small team, each person is inter-dependant on one another. This means that you must have the insight, confidence and resilience to be able to work closely with people in the team. You will need a good aptitude to realise when others need assistance or when you need to step in and help. When the team are not physically together, the need to use technology is paramount.
You will be based at the town hall in Buckinghamshire, therefore we are ideally looking for a candidate who lives within 45 minutes of this location.

As Psychological Therapies and Advocacy Administrator you will need to be a multi skilled individual who is dedicated, compassionate, highly organised and who enjoys working as part of a re-active team.
Due to the nature of this position you will need to understand the importance of sensitive data, GDPR regulations and have the ability to use your own initiative when answering queries, organising and prioritising your own workload when working alone.
If you have knowledge of the NHS, safeguarding, adults at risk or adults in crisis under your belt this would be helpful too– but not essential. We welcome applications from those who are currently working for or used to work for CCGs/ GP surgeries and clinics or clinical Corporate and private health care provider.
