The Personal Assistant will be working from the HQ in Beaconsfield and will support the Contact Centre business unit.

Description
This temporary Personal Assistant position based in Beaconsfield, will involve the following responsibilities:
Complaints tracking and management, including drafting of responses
Admin support for Executive team, including minuteaction taking, typing/correspondence management, meeting set up, collation of agendas, ordering catering for meetings and travel management
Creation and implementation of filing systems and documentation as needed
Administration of invoices on Company systems
Support with administration for projects on an ad hoc basis, including administration of our Leadership Management programme
Shadow shift care administration
Car parking allocation for support staff
Ad hoc duties as requested by line manager
Profile
The ideal Personal Assistant will have the following:
Experience in a Business Support/PA role
The ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
Ability to work autonomously and flexibly
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Pro-active and self-motivated
Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power-point), email and the internet
Experienced in data management on a HR Information system
Excellent attention to detail
