I have a fantastic opportunity for a part time receptionist to join a professional business.
Working Hours Monday – Friday 8.30am – 1.00pm
Role
Act as first point of contact for all visitors
Receive the post and deliver it to the team appropriately.
Manage signing-in sheet for all visitors
Manage car-park allocation and visitor parking
Deal with incoming post and deliveries
Set-up meeting rooms and ensure they are stocked with appropriate stationary
Organise engineer callouts, book couriers and taxis
Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are kept tidy,
Book meeting rooms, liaising with the other team members
Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Check stock and control the ordering and storage of suppliesSkills
Excellent communication skills
Previous reception exception would be beneficial
