Part Time Receptionist – 8.30am – 1pm, Monday to Friday
Working for a highly professional organisation in Beaconsfield and being the first point of contact for the business, this is a busy and varied role, working 22.5 hours per week.
Duties to include;
* Delivering the highest level of service to clients, visitors and staff and being the first point of contact
* Receive and distribute post
* Efficiently take messages
* Manage the car park and allocation of spaces
* Manage the sign-in sheet for the whole building
* Set up meeting rooms
* Deal with deliveries
* Organise couriers, engineers, taxis etc
* Book meeting rooms
* Manage stationery supplies
* Ensure the reception area is kept clean and presentable at all times
* Adhoc tasks as required
Skills and experience required;
* Excellent communication skills
* Highly motivated and able to use own initiative
* Enthusiastic and willing to help
* Able to use discretion and deal with confidential information
