Are you looking for a varied Operations Assistant role, within a growing company? Our client is a UK based retail organisation, due to expansion, they have a need for an Operations Assistant, based at their offices near Beaconsfield.
Main duties to include:
* Processing and confirming incoming orders
* Taking inbound calls
* Be first point of contact for service issues, updating and logging within timescales
* Manage returns within agreed timescales
* General administrative duties
* Manage multiple customer order books
* Chase aged orders and ensure delivery within timescales
* Be first point of contact for service issues, updating and logging within timescales
* Manage returns within agreed timescales
* General administrative duties
Who they are looking for:
* Excellent communication skills and a polite and courteous telephone manner
* Someone that will go above and beyond for their customers
* Able to develop strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike
* Someone who can take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
* Strong attention to detail
* Good MS office skills including Excel
