Office Manager/PA
Our client, a well known brand based in Beaconsfield, is looking for an experienced Office Manager/PA to join them on a temporary basis
The role encompasses management of all services and facilities within the office to enable smooth running of the business including management of key contracts and Health & Safety. The successful candidate will also provide PA support to Managing Director and get involved with HR duties such as new starter paperwork, management of HR records and payroll.
This role will be based in the office Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and from home on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Hours are 9 – 5.30 however flexibility of 9 – 4 for right person.
Office Manager Key Responsibilities
* Facilities Management
* Contract negotiation eg phones, buying, utilities and other contracts as needed
* Manage outsourced IT contract support and systems
* In house stock management
* Health and Safety
* Welcome visitors as needed ensuring Covid secure documents are completed before visit.
* Arranging Refreshments as needed.
* Book travel as needed
* Post (incoming/outgoing)
* Arranging Couriers as needed
PA to MD Key Responsibilities
* Typing
* Presentations
* Responding to emails
* Minute taking as needed
* Personal requests
* Diary Management
Essential knowledge, skills & experience
* Excellent administrative skills and experience in a similar role
* Competency in Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills
* Hands on problem solving
* Office/facilities management inc H&S
