Our HR Administrator will work with the Home Management teams and Support Office staff to develop the training function at our new homes across the South East. You’ll be responsible for maintaining training records, organising training events, distributing training materials and supporting the onboarding of new staff, as they begin their journey as part of the Signature family.

You’ll communicate available training to our staff, plan and execute training activities, and work with our HR team to implement recommendations to improve the customer experience through training and development.

Our HR Administrator will be a real people person and a confident team player, able to build lasting relationships with the people around them. You’ll be able to organise and prioritise your workload, communicate effectively, and work well under pressure. You’ll have previous experience in a similar role with hands-on experience coordinating training events.
