My client are a private medical provider based within Buckinghamshire.

Looking for both a German and Polish speaker (fluent in both verbal and written), Czech republic would be advantageous also however not essential.
You will be liaising with patients – telephone work and administration. Inbound and outbound.

Hours 08.00 – 15.00 Mon – Fri and 2hrs each Saturday or Sunday depending on when COVID-19 test results are received from the lab
Language level  Strong English, German and Polish reading, written and speaking ability. Czech beneficial but not essential (most Czech’s speak German and English)
Start date Most likely w/c 25th Jan 2021; however, could be 18th for translation of documents, training and contacting German and Polish  
Scope; Our client has been contracted to deliver covid-19 screening for a manufacturing company with sites in the UK, Germany and Czech Republic. The role is to provide administrative support
