Are you looking for a varied Sales Ledger Assistant role, within a growing company?
Our client is a UK based retail organisation, due to expansion, they have a need for an Sales Ledger Assistant , based at their offices near Beaconsfield.
Main duties to include:
* Manage customer queries in relation to invoices and POD requests
* Process volume invoices, up to 6000, and credits for around 20 suppliers
* Use MS Dynamics and Sage Line 50 to input purchase ledger invoices
* Process expenses
* Credit control
* General office duties
Previous relevant experience:
* Ability to resolves customer queries
* Intermediate level of Excel (this will be assessed) and ability to work with Sage 50
* Works confidently with numbers, figures and data
* Happy with processing large volumes of invoices
* Able to build solid working relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
* Experience within a similar role within a finance or accounts team
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work accurately and with good attention to detail
