As a junior adviser, we will support you in your journey to towards becoming a financial planner, nurturing long term relationships and guiding our clients through their journey of growth, discovery and financial happiness.

Whilst training, you'll gain valuable experience in all aspects of the financial advice process (paraplanning, cash flow analysis, technical analysis, report writing and provide support for our clients. You'll be involved in client meetings, and we'll help you to develop both technical and soft skills to enable your success.

Essential Skills

2 experience gained in a financial advisory or wealth management environment in a paraplanning, technical administration or client relationship capacity
Qualified to, or progressing with, QCA level 4 in Regulated Financial Planning
Familiar with industry systemsDesirable Skills

Disciplined, organised, efficient and have strong attention to detail
Articulate with excellent inter?personal skills, both written and verbal
Able to work within defined business processes
Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision
Prioritise and plan own workload
Ability to multi task and prioritise effectively
Good IT skills
