Plus cycle to work scheme, retail discounts, study support and moreYour Role at SignatureAs our Group Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading our management accounting function for the Group’s Management Business and overseeing the reporting of the financial information to our board and investors.

You’ll work with our Head of Accounting to manage group cash flow, coordinate and review our month-end management accounts for the Group’s Management Business, manage and monitor the budget process, and produce timely and accurate reports.

You’ll be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of financial records, reviewing the financial calendar, working on a finance system implementation and ensuring accurate information flows through the business.

You will also play a lead role in training and developing new talent, acting as a role model and line manager for members of the management accounting team.

In addition to previous experience in a similar role, strong line management experience is essential and an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification. Management experience across multiple sites in the care or hospitality sector would be an advantage.
