Finance Manager required to join a leading Accountancy practice based in Beaconsfield.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 7
Prepare VAT returns, management accounts and cashflow forecasts.
Communicate effectively both internally and externally
Ensure work is allocated appropriately across the team
Ensure work is completed prior to deadlines
Ensure regular and constructive feedback is given to team members, and assist in the assessment of their development and training needsRequirements:

Be ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified or equivalent
Have previously managed a team, competently produce management Accounts and VAT returns
