Audit and Accounts Manager – Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire

Salary: Up to £45K depending upon experience. Permanent full-time position.

The Company

Our client is a large independent Accountancy practice with clients spread across London and the South East of England. They have a proven track record in delivering high quality service and expertise having won multiple awards for quality. They are seeking a new member for their accounts and audit team to help facilitate the next stage of their growth.

Key Responsibilities

Being responsible for complete audits, showing a can do attitude and being able to hit the ground running.
Train junior team members to conduct and assist with client audit testing and coached them in how to manage client relationships effectively.
Organise and schedule own projects and team workload ensuring effective delivery of engagement to satisfaction of the client.
Communicate with clients, often presenting to senior management to articulate key risks and issues found during the testing.
To be responsible for a portfolio of clients and to be actively involved in new client tenders and pitches to potential new clients.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA);
Minimum 2 years audit/accountancy/advisory practice experience;
Excellent organisation and client relationship skills;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Being able to hit the ground running;
Full UK driving licence.
