Graduate Sales Development Representative Package: 

A competitive basic salary of £27,000
OTE/ Commission taking your Y1 OTE higher

Graduate Sales Development Representative Role:

Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company offering in order to have valuable conversations with prospects
Using researching tools, create prospect target lists in order to generate leads
Perform regular prospect outreach, using phone calls, emails and social channels to create initial contact with key external stakeholders
Maintain good customer relationships with prospects, with the aim to find and close your own sales deals
Maintain and manage the company CRM systems with any new client contact details and all sales activity
Answer any customer questions or queries regarding the company, gaining an understanding of their requirements and seeking any business opportunities if they arise
Graduate Sales Development Representative Requirements:

Educated to degree level
Previous experience in telesales or a sales/customer service role is highly desirable
Has an interest in technology and telecommunications
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
Keen and willing to learn new skills 
Computer literate
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
