Position: Fibre Supervisor

Salary: £50,000 + Bonus, vehicle, fuel card, pension, life assurance, Income continuation

Area: Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridge regions

Accreditations: PIA accreditations is compulsory

Experience: At least 3 years of network build experience.

My client is looking for a senior fibre engineer / supervisor who will oversee the project management and work carried out in various locations in the Buckinghamshire area.

Duties will include:

• Overseeing all activities including subcontractors on the build.

• Ability to spot and rectify network defects onsite.

• Provide network solutions to problematic issues real time.

• Ensure all onsite activities are managed to the highest standards.

• Day to day management of the teams onsite to ensure HSEQ and production levels are always maintained.

• Ensuring correct SLG set ups within the field teams.

• Manage contractor / subcontractor expectations including weekly client submissions.

• Correct interpretation of utility drawing.

• The managing of the works to ensure that the required completion and volume targets are met whilst quality is maintained.

• Implementation and adherence to company standards and policies.
