We are looking for permanent Civils Operatives (ideally a team of two) with excellent experience of excavating/ digging trenches, laying ducting, building chambers etc (all aspects of groundworks), working on the highway & footway, ready for the installation of cable/fibre within the Telecoms sector.

You will also have experience of:

Rod/Rope/blockage clearance/testing

H&S – carrying out all works safely/hazard free complying to H&S/SROH regs. 

Creating & working to Method Statements & Risk Assessments

Communicating calmly & professionally with clients/customers/members of the public.

Ideally you will have/be:

Cards for 360/dumper/Civils plant operation.

CAT & Genny qualified

A full/clean driving licence

NRSWA 1-9

Location – Aylesbury area.

We are aware that this is a very competitive market so we are offering an excellent package based on experience.  We are also interested in Supervisors with the same experience.
