Waking Night Support Worker
Salary: £12,914.85 per annum + Benefits
Location: Aylesbury
Hours: 27.75 (3 nights per week, including alternate weekends)
SeeAbility is a charity supporting people with learning disabilities, sight loss, and a wide range of other needs. At Waterside House we support 14 individuals with various disabilities including: visual impairment, autism, physical disabilities, mental health and learning disabilities.
 
As part of our Waking night team you will be supporting people through the night to stay safe. We very much believe that people choose their own bedtimes and can stay up late if this is their preference. 
Working in partnership with the people we support, their family, our specialist support teams and external agencies you'll provide extraordinary support that improves the quality of their everyday life. Working as part of the night team you'll follow professionally designed and person centred support plans that maximise choice, independence and the achievement of individual goals, however small or large, each and every day, ensuring appropriate documentation of incidents and hand over with the day teams.
