We are looking for highly motivated Support Workers who want to make a difference to support people with brain injuries.
So what is the job like?
Our staff teams support our service users in their day to day activities, both in their home environments and in the community. For example, you might support an individual with his/her personal care routine, in planning and doing leisure and pleasure activities, hobbies and interests, and independent living activities.
Some of our service users have behaviours that may challenge at times, so our staff teams need good communication skills, patience and flexibility. Reasonable IT and time management skills are also key in delivering our service. You'll help to ensure our service users are safe through assessing risks in everyday life: full training and support will be provided in all aspects of this role.

Hours available:
Full time: 5 shifts (35 hours per week)
