CloudFeeder are a Health and Social provider for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental health issues in the Buckiinghamshire area.
Do you have an interest in psychology or building a career in the field of autism, Learning Disabilties or Mental Health? Could you support Adults and Children with learning disabilities to live a life that is fulfilled?
Then our role as a Support Worker at one of our many homes and clients is the right role for you!
You will support our service users in the morning to get them ready for the day and then again in the evening and at night when they have completed the days activities, skill builders and emotional support, helping with their daily lives and making sure they are able to participate fully in community activities and hobbies; interests that we hope you will share and nuture.
The people we support have complex needs and when anxious, may show behaviour that can be challenging. Our specialist teams and Registered Managers will support you to learn ways of helping them to mange this behaviour. You may also need to povide assistance with personal care.
You'll take your turn working shifts on a rota, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.
About you
You may have been a care worker or healthcare assistant, however, experience isn’t always necessary. If you have the right attitude, share our values and are willing to learn, you’re likely to be a great fit. We are looking for people who celebrate differences, and we strive to make all our staff feel included, valued and respected.
You'll be someone with initiative and warmth, able to thrive in a constantly changing environment, confident yet knowing when to ask for advice, and able to work as part of a close-knit team.
You do not have to be a driver, but must have the means to reach our homes.

Training and Development
At CloudFeeder we fully support your training and development. We know it can be daunting to start a new job, and not everyone learns the same way, so throughout your probation we will provide you with a mixture of eLearning, face-to-face training and mentoring support whilst on the job.
We'll support you to gain your Care Certificate and support in any further qualifications such as QCF/ NVQs, Advance knowlejdge training. These teams, along with your Manager, will provide you with opportunities to learn and develop professionally as well as enabling and supporting you to achieve professional qualifications and career progression opportunities – all free of charge.
