The Role
In Aylesbury
Support Workers will be providing personal care, peg feeding and medication to service users. You will also be supporting them in any other ad-hoc activities they may need assistance with and be able to build rapport. Candidates who can drive will also expected to transport service users to appointments, shopping etc. This role is flexible and the client will be happy for candidates to take a more senior role after a certain period.
Shifts available:
12 hours shifts
Weekends on enhanced pay
Sleep ins / waking nights

Hays are in partnership with a well-established and committed organisation who have a long history in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and mental and physical health challenges. They are rapidly expanding and want to continue to deliver a bespoke service to their clients.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for shifts, you will need to have at least 6 months experience in a similar environment. You will also require the right to work in the UK such as British/EU passport or residence card with rights to work. Alongside this you will require an National Insurance ID. Other useful training includes: Epilepsy training Medication Safeguarding Infection Prevent Peg Feeding Restraint / Manual Handling What you'll get in return
