An experienced Support Assistant is required to provide support to Vulnerable Young People and Adults within a supported living service, providing 24/7 support in Aylesbury. As the Support Assistant, you will be required to support those affected by.
You will need to have experience working with vulnerable adults with mental health, substance abuse, physical health, leaving care and/or homelessness.
Day Shift types: 07:15 – 15:15 OR 13:30 – 21:30 OR 07:15 – 21:30

Responsibilities for the Support Assistant:
Supporting vulnerable adults with mental health, substance abuse, physical health, leaving care and/or homelessness.
Working closely with vulnerable adults, staff, families, and other relevant professionals
Consistently promoting independence to service users
Some lone working
Requirements for the Support Assistant:
Enhanced Adult DBS on the Update Service is Essential
Experience working with vulnerable adults with mental health, substance abuse, physical health, leaving care and/or homelessness.

Salary:
PAYE – £9.71
Umbrella – £11.77
