A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a manager to join a home care provider in Aylesbury. The role comes with an excellent salary, bonus and ongoing support. There is the opportunity to grow with the role as they have exciting expansion plans.
The incoming manager will be taking over an established office currently running at around 1000 hours. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance and procedures are in place and adhered to and business development and growth. You will have full head office support in all of these areas whilst having autonomy to manage and run your office.
To be considered for this role you must have domiciliary care experience, ideally at manager level, along with experience of managing a team and an excellent understanding of CQC policies and procedures. If you are a deputy manager with relevant experience and you looking for you first management role you maybe considered as full support is available. You will be the registered manager for the service and will need to pass the CQC registration process.
You must hold or be working towards QCF level 5 and be a driver. Immediate telephone interviews are available.
