Our client, established in 2005, are a domiciliary care agency providing care and support to adults with various needs to allow them to live independently in their own homes. Rated this year as Good overall by the CQC they proudly boast a great reputation for their individual-centric approach to care.

The Role
Our client requires an experienced Registered Care Manager to oversee the day to day running of the service in Buckinghamshire. It’s a varied opportunity and will involve recruitment and training of new staff, monitoring and supervision of staff, reviews and support and being available when necessary to make a difference.

The Profile
You will have experience as a Registered Care manager within the domiciliary care environment. You will also have;

* Excellent communication skills

* Driven to provide the best possible care

* Minimum of NVQ level 4 Managers Award (or equivalent)

* Full driving license (less than 6 points)

The Remuneration
DOE c£30k-£35k basic + excellent benefits
