An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a forward thinking home care provider located as a Registered Manager.
The company has developed a fantastic reputation locally for delivering person centred care to the services users they support in the community.
As the Registered Care Manager, reporting to the Ops Director, you will be responsible for the growth and development of your domiciliary care service ensuring the delivery of outstanding care.
Role Responsibility
* Promote the highest standards of care and service – ensuring quality standards are maintained within all aspects of the business.
* Provide leadership, management and support to the branch team.
* Be responsible for the development, growth and operational performance of your branch, ensuring the business grows sustainably in line with commercial targets and KPI’s
* Promote, drive and grow brand new care packages.
* Develop and manage relationships with clients, local authority, customers and their families
* Take accountability for branch and carer compliance ensuring CQC regulations, company policies and practice are maintained and promote our aims and values.
* Be responsible for the recruitment of high quality staff and work towards a high retention ratio.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
* A minimum of 2 years experience of managing a domiciliary care service.
* Knowledge of CQC regulatory requirements.
* Experience of business development and growth to meet identified KPI's.
* Strong leadership and management experience.
* Hold the qualification of QCF Level 5 or equivalent or be prepared to undertake the qualification
