You will be required to apply for an Enhanced DBS check in order to work within this sector. The ideal candidate would be able to drive as this is community-based where you are expected to drive from client to client. Experience in the same or a similar field would be ideal but the care agency is open to meeting those that have a passion to care for people, have experience in caring for a friend or relative or those who simply want to make a difference.
