Team Brain Injury is a leading healthcare provider in the UK: at an exciting stage in our journey and growing quickly. We work together in close partnership with the people that use our service and their families to support adults and children with complex care needs.

The young girl who uses our service lives with an acquired brain injury and requires support with the following:

· Personal care support

· Support with medication

· Moving and handling

· Food preparation and fluids via PEG

· Accessing the community

· Rehabilitation

What we need from you:

* Driving licence and own car

* Caring and approachable

* Patient and welcoming

* Helpful and reliable

Shift Patterns: 7am – 7pm Days/7pm – 7am Nights

Days:

Monday – Friday £11

Saturday and Sunday £13

Nights:

Monday – Friday Nights £13

Saturday – Sunday night £15
