Athona is currently recruiting for an ongoing locum Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

The post holder will work as a discharge facilitator to support with discharging client that have completed their care and treatment within secondary mental heath services. The role will entail working with adults of working age to complete necessary actions and outstanding tasks to enable discharge back to primary care and third sector services.

The successful candidate will be an experience mental health practitioner and will be required to be a car driver.

The client are looking for a full time candidate and may consider flexible working hours.
