Salary: Starting at £10,782 per annum, progressing to £18,867 per annum with satisfactory performance and successful completion of Business Administrator Standard Level 3 qualification.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in social housing repairs to achieve a nationally recognised level 3 qualification.
The apprenticeship will run for 2 years, and will combine on-the-job learning and online study, including tutorials and peer support. The qualification will take approximately 15 months to complete, with the remaining months giving you the opportunity to gain further experience within the role.
On the Job you will provide general administration support to the office team responsible for managing our repairs service and refurbishment of our empty properties (voids). This will include:
updating our internal systems with property information
process invoices from contractors
respond to customer queries by telephone, email or letter

The successful candidate will ideally have skills and attributes that include: good communication, enjoys a challenging role, is self motivated and has the ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast moving environment.
The minimum qualifications required are 4 GCSEs at grade A* to D or equivalent including Mathematics and English.
