Sales Representative (Software)

25k – 28k Basic + 40k OTE

Location: Waddesdon

Our client has developed a revolutionary workforce management solution that is applicable to all sectors of the service industry, that allows field-based workforce to communicate using handheld devices, speeding up paperwork and reducing time delays and costs.

Whilst in the role you'll develop your sales skillset, using a range of lead-generation methods, optimising new business opportunities, and developing relationships with existing and new customers. The role:

Generating sales leads and handling the incoming enquiries, developing these into sales opportunities.
Make outbound sales calls to potential customers, capturing and developing their initial interest and getting them booked in for demonstrations.
Lead demonstrations, showing the functionality and advantages of the software solution to potential customers.
Maximise and develop business relationships, for both current and future customer business as the role develops into a hybrid position, touching on the account management side further down the line.What is required from you?

Previous sales experience, ideally B2B, or from a Telesales background would also be considered.
Have excellent communication skills and can demonstrate the ability to build relationships over the phone or face to face.
A desire to develop your sales career within a well-established company, where progression opportunities will arise down the line.
