Established, strong reputation within regionThe Role: This is a Regional Sales Manager looking after the following postcodes (YO, CB, IP, LU, MK, NN, NR, OX, PE, SG), you will be partnering with a number of opticians and looking for opportunities to grow wallet share whilst helping the optician grow their business. You will be representing own brand and also a well-known and highly rated luxury brand, understanding the customer base and being to adapt your style is vital for this position.
The Person: The ideal candidate will ideally come from the optics sector to understand the sales approach when dealing with opticians.
This is a new business role to start, but you will be keeping your accounts – so in the 2nd year it will change to predominantly account management. You will need to be able to show a hunter mentality but also where you have nurtured accounts and grown wallet share.
The role sells into independent opticians, so a background of selling consumables into independents would be looked at for the right character fit.
The Regional Sales Manager package:
Up to £31,000 Basic Salary
Commission is £10k OTE
