About this Opportunity
We have a new position available as a Recruitment Consultant working in our Aylesbury office that is hosted close to the town centre. The office has on-site parking available and is accessible via public transport routes and the suitable for those in Aylesbury and the surrounding area. This is a permanent position working full time for 37.5 hours per week.
This is a unique opportunity to work with one of our highest performing teams, with a chance to gain excellent exposure and mentorship from our Account Manager and Senior Recruiters to develop your skills and help you make a real impact to our clients operations and gain an excellent foundation for a successful career in account management.
For the successful applicant your responsibilities will involve:
You will work with one of our largest clients, acting as a deputy for the Account Manager and as a key contact for all enquiries
You will attend meeting with our client to understand their requirements and discuss opportunities to continuously improve our work and processes
Planning recruitment campaigns and making sure that delivery times are effectively navigated in line with SLA's and agreed timescales
Represent the company and our client when speaking to other recruitment agencies and managing these relationships
You will take ownership of the candidate experience and support delivery consultants in ensuring the best experience for the candidates you engage withFor this position we are looking for someone with a real desire to learn and expand their skill set to take the most of this opportunity. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator that is comfortable speaking to a range of different individuals. We need someone that is proactive and commercially minded who can identify new opportunities to grow the account and continue developing our client relationships. We use a range of different software and tools and you will need to be tech savvy and confident in learning new systems and processes.

In addition to a competitive salary this position has a performance related bonus available each quarter. We offer 24 days holiday per year and this will rise by 1 day for every year you work for us.
