Kitchen Showroom Manager – Buckinghamshire + Oxfordshire

Are you right for the role?
You must have kitchen experience to be considered, not least to ensure you can manage and be respected by the designers in your team.
Man management experience is essential.
You need to have dealt with Trade business.
The Company has good investment and are looking at increasing the size of the Company in the next 3-5 years, so progression options are definitely on the cards.

What's involved in the role?
Managing a large kitchen showroom, running a team of designers
The showroom is part retail sales, part trade and is performing very well. A lot of business comes from recommendation from other customers of the business.
They need someone of high calibre, who can hit budgets, push business and drive it forwards.
It is not all about chasing a high sales turnover, it is more important to have an authoritative person the staff respect, who puts good processes in place, has the showroom running smoothly and ensures a profitable showroom.

What about the package?
They will pay for the right person, but not over the odds.
They're a decent Company to work for with a good reputation for staff longevity and career progression. So the person needs to be moving for that rather than just chasing pound signs.
However, they will offer a Basic in line with the job + bonus options.
They are happy to review after 6 months to a year.
