Business Development Manager – Aylesbury. £45,000 – £50,000 + 20% Bonus.

A well established company on the outskirts of Aylesbury are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team.

Your new role
As the Business Development Manager, reporting directly to the Commercial Director this is a full-time permanent role where you will have specific responsibility for the development of the company's proposition. Additionally, working closely with their Sales Teams identify new routes to markets and opportunities for their products. The role will be a hybrid of internal and external. Again, working closely with all departments ensure they develop Specifications, Sales Support and identify Product Development ideas based on the evolving market. This role is a senior role within the Business Unit and you will need to be able to report at a high level and assist in the strategic decisions though effective management.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in applying for the position of Business Development Manager you will have the following experience and skills:

Experience in a similar role with specification focused
Extensive SuDS knowledge
Strong technical bias
Excellent people management skill at a Senior level or the capability to demonstrate the same skills
Excellent presentation skills to Customers and Senior managers
