We are looking for an addition to our team in Aylesbury and would welcome candidates from a retail/customer service background who would like to train as a consultant.

If you enjoy working with people, meeting KPIS and delivering excellent customer service and have a desire to progress then we would love to hear from you!

As a trainee consultant you would learn how to take vacancies, advertise jobs, learn to interview and register candidates and update systems. The position is challenging and rewarding and would suit someone who enjoys a busy environment.

No two days are the same, so you must enjoy variety!

We offer an excellent training and development program, along with excellent company benefits.

You will be offered a starting salary of £22,000-£24,000 and after successful completion of probation you will start earning commission. Working hours are Monday – Friday 8am-5.30pm.
