Job Title: Refuse Loader
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £10.00 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary contracts and Temporary to Permanent

As an Refuse Loader the duties will include:

– Working as part of a team, the role holder is responsible for the delivery of a safe and efficient waste collection service. The type of waste will vary and will include refuse, dry recycling, food, garden and clinical in addition to the delivery and collection of bins .
-Being part of a small team, this role is key in providing an essential service to our residents and communities.

– The jobholder is responsible for the collection of waste from properties though out the district, and will take instruction from the appropriate Driver Team Leader whilst delivering these duties.

An ideal Refuse Loader hold the following skills and experiences:

Ability to carry out all waste collection duties safely
Willingness and ability to understand and carry out instructions from other team members and supervisors
Able to be adaptable to ensure a consistent waste collection service and high customer service standards
