Project Manager

Greenacre are pleased to be supporting this housing organisation, based in Buckinghamshire, with their recruitment of a Project Manager to deliver two Governance related projects, during a fixed-term contract assignment for one year

The ideal candidate must experience of company conversion and the relevant legal processes.

* Leading project planning, management and execution, including partnering the Project Team to provide reports and updates to key stakeholders and project sponsors

* Working with business leaders and the Company Secretary, to ensure the project is delivered in line with legislative and regulatory requirements

* Ensuring all project tasks are delivered on time and accurately, with documents to meet compliance standards

* Overseeing project engagement levels, ensuring feedback is obtained, shared with the relevant groups and actioned appropriately

Experience required:

* Governance & Compliance

* Stakeholder Relations

* Prince 2 Project Management

* Proven Track Record of completing similar projects
