James Stevens Associates are pleased to be working with a thriving Charitable organisation who are looking to bolster their Governance/ Executive business areas with a Governance Co-ordinator.
The business are now looking for a Governance Co-ordinator (Part Time) to help support a busy Governance function who service a very interesting and inclusive organisation
* Role: Governance Coordinator
* Salary: £23,600
* Location: Remote with 1 day in the office, Aylesbury
* Part time days: Flexible with this depending on applicant
Key Responsibilities include:
* Minute taking for team meetings and some formal meetings.
* Organise, manage and maintain an effective diary system in a systematic and structured way and maintain the Assistant Director Corporate & Company Secretary commitments through prioritisation, allocation and organisation of appointments.
* To arrange meetings, including invitations to virtual meetings, booking venues, arranging catering, as required and to prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
* To provide support to the Assistant Director Corporate & Company Secretary and other staff as necessary ensuring all confidential information is collated and stored appropriately. Process all work to high standards and strict deadlines. Ensure updates are completed to registers and records in a timely and accurate manner.
Experience:
* Governance Co-ordinator who has had some good board support exposure would be advantageous.
* Paralegal, Executive Assistants, Governance Professionals or training towards ICSA qualification is welcome.
