The role is to start ASAP initially until February 2022, there is scope for a permanent role.

This is a full time position, initially will be working remotely with a view to moving to a hybrid model of 2 – 3 days working in the office based in Aylesbury.
In this role you'll provide a highly professional executive support service for a Service Director.
You'll carry out a range of executive support activities.
-Responding to correspondence, internal and external, including drafting replies as directed.
– Receiving and tracking mail, ensuring all relevant information is accessible.
-Arranging meetings and conferences including multi agency meetings, ensuring events, meetings, etc. are managed effectively.
-Managing diaries to ensure the effective use of the Directors time.
-Arranging briefings and providing business support to meetings including minute taking services ensuring minutes are taken and actions are chased as required.
– The role will also include co-ordinating project activities an tasks
In the performance of this role you'll endeavour to provide the highest possible level of service
We are looking for candidates with significant experience of working as an Executive Assistant supporting at Managing Director or Chief Executive level.
We require candidates who are efficient, highly organised, and able to demonstrate initiative, you'll have excellent written and oral communication skills. As this role involves liaising with colleagues of all levels, you'll demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills.
You will be able to work flexibly to respond to changing customer demand.
You will be a proactive person who will play a key role in working closely with senior level staff. You will have experience of working in a demanding, challenging, and fast paced environment, demonstrating a high level of confidentiality due to the nature of the role, you will be confident and competent when dealing with customers and partner organisations. You'll also possess first rate ICT skills, including a high level of competency with the Microsoft Office suite.
