Governance Co-ordinator (Part time)
Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a housing organisation, based in Buckinghamshire, with their recruitment of a Governance Co-ordinator.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of providing high quality support to a corporate team, and knowledge of governance is desirable.
* Operating as Assistant to Company Secretary, including supporting with Governance of the business
* Undertaking various administrative tasks, including minuting meetings, supporting audits, maintaining compliance checklists, and collating data and records
* Overseeing diary management, including arranging meetings, venue bookings and catering
* Assisting projects, including conducting research, preparing reports and collating presentations
* Maintaining paper-based and electronic records, and using a wide range of software applications
* Supporting invoice processing, including raising Purchase Orders
Experience and skills required:
* Strong organisational and written communication skills
* Project support and reporting
* Excellent keyboard skills and proficient in minute taking
