Trading for over forty years my client is a medium sized cleaning company trading in London and the northern Home Counties. They provide daily cleaning, window cleaning and a broad range of specialist cleaning services. I am currently looking for candidates for an Evening Cleaning Supervisor role centring on the Aylesbury area. The vacancy is part-time with the working hours being (Apply online only) Monday to Friday. The purpose of the role is to assist teams of On-Site Cleaners, providing excellent client service and cleaning operation for a portfolio. Ensuring that contractual obligations to Clients are met through efficient deployment, management of resources and regular site audits. There are around 30 contracts that are a mixture of sites that include schools, offices etc

Key Result Indicators

* All cleaning and hygiene standards to meet service specification

* Deliver a consistent level of service, within the Company's standards, to the contract specification and agreed performance levels.

* Comply with Company and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health & safety, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.

Person Specification

* Experience of supervision in the cleaning sector is a plus but not essential and candidates from other sectors will be considered, however candidates must have sound resource and time management skills Sound Client awareness and commercial judgement;

* Flexibility;

* Excellent decision making skills;

* Excellent interpersonal skills;

* Ability to motivate others and be an effective leader;

* Excellent time management and administrative skills;

Salary £16k, NEST Pension and 28 days holiday
