Manage contracts, tenders, supporting the contract administration
* Not looking for just a surveyor – project surveyors – admin support is available – team of RLO to deal with tricky tenants – lead surveyor and will request help from various parts of the function.
* Working from home at present – they foresee an element of agile working – start and finish from home and go to site visits – but be available mon-fri
* CDM responsible for their own on their projects – planning – party walls – some blocks so lease hold consultation experience is favourable
* As a team they are responsible for doing stock so not anyone person but as a team they cover it.
* No other team in the office has surveyors – so can be called upon to support voids and so on. – a one team approach think about the company as the bigger picture
* 37 hours per week.
* 28 days plus bank holidays – (Prorated in first year for new starters)

* Investment works – Kitchens/Bathrooms/Windows/Doors/Fire Doors/Rewire/Heating installations and stock condition surveys
* Cyclical Works – Aids & Adaptations/One room per year decorations/Cyclical Decorations/Damp/Insulation programmes/Estate improvement works(fencing, boundary walls, paving, driveways, concrete paths, etc.)/regular fire door inspections
* Servicing and maintenance – stair lifts/lifts/fire alarms/emergency lighting
* Legal disrepair claims
* Adhoc projects – water mains installations, reduce SAP ratings, assess fuel poverty, improve water efficiency, etc
