Our client is a small one branch independent recruiter that is part of a larger group who have more than 35 plus branches around the UK and they have a dynamic brand within the fast-paced Recruitment sector within the Industrial, Warehouse, Driving, Commercial, Engineering, Construction and Healthcare sector's.. They are now wishing to appoint a focused business development Temps Recruitment Consultant to grow and develop their temps division and concentrate on placing candidates into temporary roles across the Production, Warehousing Distribution, Engineering, Trades and Labour, Heathcare,, Commercial or your specialist sector where you have had success to join their newly launched Aylesbury branch.
Responsibilities will include developing the database, selling the services of our client to companies within the Aylesbury area both local and national businesses, and achieving both activity and financial targets set.
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate excellent communications and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism. You will be a people person who gets great results from building long term relationships with candidates and client contacts and thrive on winning and chasing new business as well as account managing existing clients.
Planning, self-management, tenacity and ambition are desirable qualities if applying for this role. There is an open-ended career path where you can set your own targets. Previous experience within a recruitment agency environment is essential and Industrial, Commercial, Engineering, Construction, Trades and Labour, Healthcare or your specialist sector experience is a must and you will need to have a full UK driving licence and car for this role.
My client will consider applications from Consultants with 12 mths plus experience so have set the salary level at between £25,000 and up to £28,000 basic plus the opportunity to work towards a car allowance, you will also receive a market leading commission structure and a broad range of other company benefits.
