Resourcing Advisor

£22,000 – £24,000 per annum
We are recruiting for a Resourcing Advisor to work with our contract team on supporting a large and prestigious contract for Pertemps. This role is office based and will be working form our central offices based in Aylesbury Town Centre.
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm
The Resourcing Advisor is responsible for researching, identifying, attracting, and interviewing candidates when required to support the Account team. You will be delivering recruitment support to the team throughout the end-to-end recruitment process
They will be responsible for proactively sourcing and building a talent pool of suitable candidates, which will be maintained through regular engagement. This will ensure KPI's and SLAs for the contract are achieved. They will ensure an excellent candidate experience is provided throughout the journey from application through to offer. An exceptional level of service to be always provided.
You will also be responsible for managing the onboarding and compliance process and must have high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
