My client are a large independent family run recruiter that specialise in the Industrial, Logistics, Construction, Healthcare, Manufacturing recruitment sectors They are now recruitng for an experienced Branch Manager to launch and open a branch for them in Aylesbury..
THE OPPORTUNITY
My client now has an opportunity within their established network of 35 branches and 41 Equity Partners around the country for an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager to launch a branch for them in Aylesbury this is due to winning and securing a very large Industrial contract within the area. My client offers a stable long term career Flexible working hours, No set Sales targets or KPIs as my client believes that the revenue your branch generates speaks for itself, as the Branch Manager you will have total autonomy of your branch and team with the backing of the Directors and Senior Management team behind you.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate must be an experienced Recruitment Branch or Divisional Manager and have the experience and skills to manage and oversee a branch and team of consultants to build and grow a profitable branch.
THE PACKAGE
My client offers a basic salary of up to 38K dependent on experience, car allowance and a fabulous uncapped bonus structure my client encourages a team working/friendly environment and a good work/life balance.
